Anxiety & Planning
I don’t know what your experience with anxiety looks, sounds, or feels like.   I only know mine.

In my experience, anxiety feels like paralyzing worry.  It feels a little like an incomplete run-on sentence.  As if my mind takes in the data “this expensive item broke, I don’t know how to fix it, I don’t know how much it costs to replace, I don’t know how long it will take to fix.”

Then it runs into a fixed mindset belief, often a belief born of trauma.  “Bad things always happen to me.”  This disempowers me.

For me, anxiety doesnt have ONE solution,  it has many.  I have two products that really help me manage anxiety proactively and reactively.

I also find that addressing my root concerns through a process helps a great deal.  There are so many resources to uncover the causes of anxiety and create new beliefs and actions.

I have also found Churchill’s words to hit the nail on the head.

Let our advance worry become advance thinking and planning.

Planning is a POWERFUL combatant to anxiety.

For example, An appliance broke, I am going to research the cost for replacement & repair, I will checkout you tube videos to help, I’ll make a decision and a PLAN to move forward.

Instead of feeling frustrated, angry or stuck that “bad things happen to me.” I can choose action that moves forward,

If you have anxiety and are not yet skilled at planning, time-management and goal setting, my course Cultivate Clarity just might be right for you.

You're probably so excited about welcoming your baby into your home, if you're like most moms you're probably flipping through a few books, you've download some apps, and listening to your friend's and family's experience.  You're probably doing your part to be a star patient for your doctor or midwife.

I totally get that, and this is actually a problem because you're going to get you varied, sometimes conflicting advice that might not even work for your circumstance, and here is the kicker: lots of time's it not evidence-based guidance.

Instead of that, I want to offer you that working with a doula from your first trimester through your postpartum time is actually going to give you what you really need: cohesive information, expert guidance and the emotional support that every new mom deserves.  It's like having an a doula in your pocket (or purse if that's where you keep your phone)

Hiring a Digital Doula is the best way to have a positive experience during your pregnancy, birth and postpartum.  I would love to be your digital doula.
