Welcome to the Sip and Shine Hydration Challenge!

The 7 Day Challenge:
  • Consume 64 ounces (or more!) of water each day.
  • Drink water before any other beverage in the morning.
  • Drink 4–8 ounces before every meal or snack.
How to participate in the group:

  • πŸ“² Post your water tracker in the comments section of our daily check-in post.
  • πŸ’¬ Join the discussion! Share fun drink recipes in the comments––we want to see them! The best part of the group is hearing from everyone, so share your tips with others!
