Frequently Asked Questions
How is this different from other courses out there?
Preparation, Peace and Your Perinatal Year is a HOLISTIC approach to the perinatal year. We aren’t just talking one aspect of pregnancy such as nutrition, prenatal care, supplements and coping with the changes it brings. We aren’t exclusively discussing childbirth education, or birth comfort measures, or breastfeeding or cloth diapering. We are discussing all of that and more. Here is the main difference, we are talking about how to prepare and support YOU and your mental and emotional well being during a very important year of your life.

I am breastfeeding warrior navigating a very underdiscussed troubles of chronic low milk supply. How Does the Course Work?
Once you are ready to commit to your well being on this journey, you’ll head over here to purchase the course. Each week, for 12 weeks you will get access to a new video teaching (most are around 1 hour) on twelve different topics related to healthy pregnancy, childbirth preparation and postpartum education and preparation.
What is the Goal?
My goal is to support you to have the EDUCATION about each topic and the TOOLS to support you on your journey. Some moms will need a cesarean, some moms will have low milk supply, some mothers will have six weeks off work, some 12, some will love being pregnant, others won’t. There isn’t a right way to do your perinatal year. But it is WRONG for mothers to feel alone, unsupported and uninformed. Most of us aren’t used to advocating for ourselves, that’s where I help. Because now, you are advocating for two (or more!)
